How do I place an order through your web site?
We have put together information to assist you in making a purchase from our web site. Click here to view it.

What is the average delivery time? How soon after I place my order will I get it?
We try to ship everything within 48 hours of the time we receive your order. If everything is in stock, we will ship even faster, usually within 24 hours. Purchases are shipped via UPS to arrive within 3-6 business days from receipt of order. Expedited shipping time varies depending on which upgrade you request.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. only. International orders can use our shipping partner at Access USA. Please note that we require a U.S. shipping address and a U.S. credit card billing address.

What credit cards do you accept?
We currently only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

I have a debit/ check card. Do you accept that for payment online?
Only if it is a check card with the Visa or Mastercard logo on it. We cannot process debit/ bankcards.

Do you accept checks from an online order?
No, but we do accept Purchase Orders from schools, government agencies and some approved large businesses.

Do I have to pay sales tax and how much is it?
Only Florida residents are required to pay sales tax since we are headquartered in Tampa, FL. Our system will add it to orders shipping to Florida automatically.

Contact us for additional help. In most cases, a tracking number is automatically emailed directly from UPS after shipment.
