The Transmitter plugs into a standard wall outlet and creates a radio signal which travels along the wire. A lightweight receiver is worn on your pet's collar. The receiver picks up the radio signal and alerts your pet when approaching the boundary wire. If your pet continues toward the boundary, your pet will receive a correction. The maintenance free design and ease of installation offers tremendous savings compared to conventional fencing. The Comfort Fit Dog Fence System features include a microprocessor based code to eliminate false signals and inexpensive commonly available batteries. This system is UL Classified and FCC Certified. In addition, the receivers are the smallest and lightest receivers available.
